Spring 2010 Room Sign-Up

SUBJECT: Spring Room Sign-Up

Please read the following instructions regarding housing assignments for the Spring 2010 semester.

  • If you plan to return to housing for the Spring semester and you want to live in the space you are currently in, then you do not have to do anything to maintain your space. Your Bill/Schedule will automatically reflect the amount due for Spring housing.

  • If you want to change rooms for the Spring semester, you must to come to the Housing Office between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm on the day designated for your classification:
    • Graduate Students and Seniors - Tuesday, October 27, 2009
    • Juniors - Wednesday, October 28, 2009
    • Sophomores and Freshmen - Thursday, October 29, 2009
    **We will do our best to accommodate your requests as space becomes available**

  • If you are graduating in December or not returning to FMU Housing for the Spring semester, you must come to the Housing Office to complete a Housing Withdrawal Form Monday through Friday, October 19 - 23, 2009 during the hours of 9:30am to 3:30pm.

    **Any student (departing or returning) who does not comply with the guidelines as written in this memorandum may be liable for the full amount of the housing fee for Spring.**
